Unlike a 2D art work which is visible in its entirety my book art in concealed until you chose to reveal it and how much you reveal depends on you. Keep it private, intimate, concealed, or partially revealed offering a glimpse into its world.
It is tactile, playful, like a game. Or it is a memento, the only remains of a family escaping persecution.
Like a diary, private or a miniature work of art. A travelling companion.

Who Am I?
Printed on the reverse of a world map explores the question of not only Who Am I? which is central to my quest of self identity, but goes further into Where do I come From? and Where do I Belong? Where is my home?
Born in one country, brought up in another, lived in 3 different countries making each one a home for long periods of time. The question remains.
Under Siege
Should I stay? or Should I go?
A question asked over and over by migrants wanting to flee yet wanting to stay in their homeland. A tortuous dilemma with unknown perils along the way.
This work came about in light of the refugee crisis of 2015 and stories of war and terror.

A poignant double sided book on the subject of Rape in India.
A gut wrenching project and process, produced violent response to the continued heinous acts of rape and violence committed daily across India.
